The scientific advisory board has nine renowned scientific members from different disciplines whereby
four are from universities;
three are from geological surveys;
two are from industry or other non-university research institutions,
and all being active in geoscientific or geoscientific-technical disciplines and having respective experience. Two scientists should be from a country outside Germany, one scientist should be from the Technical University Clausthal.
The specific tasks of the scientific advisory board are noted in the constitution of GGA Institute.
